~The Gratitude Factory~
For this term we are turning our much loved Blenders’ Bliss into a GRATITUDE FACTORY!
For the Gratitude Factory we had the idea to make a christmas in a bag for the homeless in Ballarat. We will decorate the bag with Christmas colours and decorations. In the bag we will put in things that are festive and essential.
The year 5s have started new electives to contribute to the Gratitude Factory. We’ll be helping by making soap, decorating the bags, cooking and creating mosaics.
If you have anything that you could donate to the 5/6 community to put into these bags please send it into us!
Thank you so much!

Class Meetings
In the 5/6 community, we have been really enjoying our class meetings. It is a time for us to reflect and share our opinions on different issues or things happening in the world or in our local area at the moment. They can also be about topics in which we have strong opinions about including a couple of our recent topics of school uniform and children’s rights. In a class meeting every person gets an opportunity to speak if they would like to. It is ran by the chairperson and notes are taken by the notekeeper.
