- Ticket Information
Rehearsals are in full swing and we are starting to get excited about the forthcoming concert.
Costumes
A note outlining any costume requirements from home will be sent home within the next couple of weeks. We are lucky to be working with Lindy Procaccino-Crowe from Curtain Call who has sourced many costumes for our concert. No payment for these costumes will be required from parents. Other costuming requirements from home will be simple items such as dark pants, a particular coloured t-shirt etc. They will probably be things that are already in your child's wardrobe or easily sourced from family or friends. Parents please do not feel that you need to spend large sums of money preparing costumes. Please speak to class teachers if you have any concerns or questions.
Ticket Information
Tickets for our School Concert are now on sale at Her Majesty’s Theatre. The cost of a ticket is $20 per seat. There are no concessions. The cost includes a $3.50 booking and handling fee from the Theatre. The school children have FREE reserved seats in the balcony. There is a limit of 3 tickets per family for first round purchases. Toddlers (under 2 years) are free if sitting on a parent knee. Please note that prams cannot be taken into the auditorium.
To ensure that this runs smoothly green vouchers are now available for families to collect from the school office. These vouchers must be presented to the box office when purchasing your tickets. Sight restricted tickets are on sale at reduced costs, but these will be the last sold.
We urge all families to purchase their tickets as soon as possible. From Monday, August 7th, tickets that are unsold will be available for any families who would like extra tickets.
