Occupational Therapist at St. Columba’s:
We welcome Emma Farrell to work with us as part of the St.Columba’s team. Emma will be with us on a fortnightly basis.
As an O.T. Emma has expertise in the area of assisting children with maximising daily function and independence. In the school setting this includes skills in the area of: fine motor, handwriting, gross motor, sensory processing, cognitive, perceptual, play and social interaction.
Emma will make observations, conduct short screenings and work with teachers to make suggestions and model activities to benefit the children’s learning opportunities and skill development.
Emma will not complete individual assessments or work in an ongoing capacity directly with individual children during this time.
We will contact you if your child is supported through this process.
